The Office

With an area of 500sq ft, the office is equipped with state of the art pc's using CAD as an aid for designing the furniture.

With a fully comprehensive collection of fittings and  material brochures and by membership to Trade associations we always strive to keep the company abreast of modern technology and new ideas. 

The Finishing Shop

The Finishing and fitting shop  has an overall working area of 1000sq ft, operating an airless finishing system for producing a top class finish for all of the furniture. We use the best possible lacquers to achieve a consistent quality as well as using stains for a colour matching service and solid colour pigments form the entire RAL range. 

Our workforce has many years of experience behind them to cope with the everyday problems associated  with fine finishing.

The Workshop

Our main building operates within an overall working area of 1500sq ft, containing a mixture of modern and traditional machinery for producing top quality furniture. Our workforce is highly skilled to operate state of the art woodworking machinery and power tools as well as using hand-held tools.

 

The Machinery

The workshop is well equipped with all the necessary machinery to cope with todays demand on precision CAD CAM technology. The picture illustrates our most recent addition to our machine shop.
